Frequently Asked Questions

If you do not speak English, please feel free to bring an interpreter to the interview. If you do not have anyone to assist you, email us at support@udetivisa.com so that we can provide translation services for your appointment, or if possible, match you with an officer that speaks the local language.

For simple cases and first-time applicants, 30-minute consultation will suffice. For those who struggle with English, have previous denials, or believe they are not the strongest applicants, the 60-minute consultation is recommended.

For ineligibilities, overstays, or past revocations, email us so that we can provide a detailed plan based on your circumstances.

If you’re still not sure, email us!

When you come to Udeti, you get guidance from a former consular officer on how to best prepare for your visa interview. Having spent years processing visas and interviewing thousands of candidates at embassies and consulates, we specialize in preparing candidates to ace their interviews by conducting accurate document reviews and interview prep.

While lawyers can help you file your IV petition or assist with other legal proceedings, they do not have the necessary direct experience interviewing visa applicants to guide you. We’re also happy to work with you and your lawyer if that is required or preferred.

While some visa consultants might be close to providing accurate information, others can give you incorrect information that may cause you to miss the opportunity at getting your visa approved or renewed, or get you into serious legal trouble (we know, we have seen it happen!).

Udeti will give you the most relevant, up-to-date information because your interview prep session will be done with a former visa professional. Our advice never violates U.S. immigration laws and regulations.

No one can guarantee a U.S. visa, our goal is to increase your chance of getting a visa and reduce the risk of your case being placed under administrative processing.

We’re happy to take everyone applying together at the same time. However, if you’re applying alone, we recommend you attend the session alone (or with an interpreter if needed) so that there are no distractions, and you can get the most out of our services!

You may reschedule your appointment one time. Your new date must be within two months of the original appointment.

Once you book, you’re not able to cancel your appointment for a refund, but you can reschedule once.

We do not offer a refund for canceling. However, if you’re unhappy with our services, please send us an email at support@udetivisa.com. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority, so we want to ensure that we get everything right!
